Multi-Constellation
From single channel L1, replay only to 3 channels of multi-frequency signal combinations, you can test all GNSS signals in the upper and lower L-band.
Small & portable
With less than 7 inch in width (about 17 cm), LabSat fits into a standard size rack mount.
Easy to use
LabSat requires no special training. It's extremely simple to operate and can be easily integrated into your existing test systems.
Cost-effective
Only pay for capabilities you need. With prices starting from $6,045 for a Replay Only system, LabSat is extremely cost-effective, especially when testing in volume.
Do you need a capable, affordable, and flexible GNSS testing solution?
The LabSat product range – starting at single channel (L1), replay only and ranging up to multi-frequency, record and replay – ensures you can select the model best suited to your requirements without paying for a high-end simulator with functionality not required for production line or EOL testing.
With prices starting at $6,045, LabSat is a cost-effective solution that delivers reliable and easy to use GNSS testing.
LabSat can also be used for either conducted or radiated testing, depending on the requirements of the wider test set-up.
Do you need a GNSS test solution that is a highly capable standalone solution or that can be easily integrated into a custom set up?
LabSat GNSS simulators offer an easy to use, plug and play solution for testing. The use of record and replay technology has significant advantages over live sky and signal rebroadcast in terms of repeatability and reliability in production line testing. Live sky and rebroadcast signals can contain signal errors from the GNSS system and local interference that can be difficult to identify. By using LabSat scenario files (recorded GNSS files) you can be sure that the signal is consistent.
LabSat is also ideal for integration into wider custom test set-ups. Its small size means it fits perfectly into standard sized rack mounts and can form part of a sealed test unit, enabling only permitted access.
Do you need a GNSS simulator that allows you to test anywhere in the world from your manufacturing facility?
SatGen is our GNSS simulation software that allows you to create custom scenarios at any time, date and location of your choosing. Simply build a trajectory using user-defined commands or upload an NMEA, KML or VBO File and SatGen will generate a GNSS scenario of that route.
SatGen is ideal when you need to test how your device will perform in any location without having to leave your manufacturing facility. Whether you want to test the performance of a cell phone in Dubai, a smartwatch in Paris or a navigation system in New York, SatGen allows you to complete realistic test programmes with the upmost flexibility.
Additionally, if you require real-time testing, LabSat Real-Time, in partnership with SatGen, generates GNSS RF signals with a current time stamp at any location of your choosing.
Do you need to manage global manufacturing test programmes with automation and centralised control?
LabSat delivers on the key production and end of line testing criteria of being easy to use, efficient and accurate.
LabSat’s Application Programming Interface (API) provides control and testing automation, as scenarios can be programmed to automatically repeat or play in a set order. This improves efficiency by allowing significant testing programmes to be run continuously, without the need of human supervision.
Additionally, using an Ethernet connection allows for centralised control of the API, enabling testing at global production facilities to be controlled remotely from a central office. This combination can significantly increase consistency in testing and reduce the scope for user error.
Further efficiency can also be gained by testing multiple devices at once with a single LabSat. Adding an RF splitter into your test set-up allows multiple devices to receive the same test signal.
